The IDP system previously used for invoice receipt was no longer able to meet these quality requirements. Processing incoming invoices was time-consuming, prone to errors, and involved duplication of work with the Infor LN ERP system.

Today, Büchi benefits from a stable, efficient, and user-friendly invoice receipt process. Features such as invoice scanning, rule-based automation, document merging and splitting, and the ticket function ensure maximum transparency and control.
Büchi is already planning the next expansion stage: additional workflows for payment approvals and the integration of credit card statements directly into DocBits.
