After a successful pilot phase, the dental technology manufacturer is rolling out the SugarCRM platform globally.

CUPERTINO, California – September 7, 2022 – SugarCRM,

innovative provider of AI-based CRM software, supports the international medical technology company W&H Dentalwerk with its CRM solutions for sales, marketing and service. After completing the one-year pilot phase in North America and Italy, the gradual rollout is now beginning in other markets.  Doctors and their patients worldwide trust in medical technology from the W&H Group, based in Bürmoos in Salzburg, Austria. The company exports its products to over 130 countries – the main markets are North America, Europe and Asia. The CRM systems used in the company have so far been as diverse as W&H is.

Sales, marketing and service solutions for more flexibility

In order to put data management for customers and prospective customers on a professional basis, W&H wanted to use a flexible, central and modern solution that can be adapted to the company-specific needs of employees globally for all markets.

In a twelve-month pilot phase, which was carried out primarily in the W&H Group’s key target markets of North America and Italy, SugarCRM was able to convince the company of the flexibility, adaptability, simplicity and efficiency of its CRM platform, with the result that the Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve and Sugar Market solutions are now to be used worldwide.

Gradual introduction in all markets

The implementation is carried out by SugarCRM partner FELLOWPRO (formerly Fellow Consulting), with whom W&H has built a strong working relationship from the start. An ongoing partnership and collaboration with SugarCRM and FELLOWPRO (formerly Fellow Consulting) will be critical to maintaining the highest standard of customer care throughout the process.

The collaboration offers the opportunity to contact a German contact person at any time and to receive on-site support if difficulties arise.  Until now, W&H Dentalwerk’s CRM landscape was very heterogeneous in the individual countries and regions, so the changeover is taking place gradually.

The Sugar Sell sales solution is now being rolled out in other countries. The launch in Australia is planned for the next two months. The rollout will then follow in other subsidiaries.  After switching to Sugar Sell, the respective target markets will also use the customer service platform Sugar Serve and the marketing tool Sugar Market. W&H Dentalwerk is converting its entire CRM, including lead generation, qualifying and nurturing as well as field service management, to the intelligent and AI-based solutions from SugarCRM.
