The new KV2 plugin, which stands for “Key Value Plugin”, is the tool you need to further improve your automated process! This intelligent add-on to Ephesoft Transact makes your processes even more efficient as it behaves like a human assistant and learns how to create patterns. The intelligent plugin is able to identify and repeat processes in different types of documents, such as invoices, forms, insurance claims, medical reports among others. Data can be extracted from papers, pdfs, email attachments and any other format, including handwritten documents.

The purpose of the FELLOWKV² plugin is to enhance the Ephesoft Transact software with Artificial Intelligence and train the software to identify the correct data during the digitization process. Countless document formats can be scanned and the system learns on its own how to correctly identify, extract and export data.
This advanced machine learning plugin behaves like a well-trained human assistant, performing the same scanning action on different document types. Even after identifying different fields and structures. The more it is used, the better it gets.
It not only extracts and exports data from documents such as invoices and forms, but can also reproduce new workflows that are defined as templates according to repeated use by the user. The more it is used, the more intelligent and accurate it becomes.
If a human assistant changes a value of any field during document validation, the new value is identified by the plugin and used to generate an automatic key-value rule for the update.
