Engagement Global GmbH – Service for development initiatives informs and advises individuals, civil society, municipalities, schools, businesses and foundations on development policy projects and supports them financially. The organization provides training based on needs, connects people and institutions and supports civil society and community engagement.
As part of its activities, Engagement Global is faced with, among other things, the challenge of efficiently digitizing incoming paper documents and integrating them into MACH AG’s existing ERP system. The need to accelerate workflows and optimize the import of metadata into target systems requires a solution that can be flexibly and seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure.
With this initial situation, Engagement Global decides to work with FELLOWPRO AG and implement Ephesoft.
By using Ephesoft, the incoming processes are significantly accelerated. The early digitization of paper documents not only enables the elimination of transport and idle times, but also the efficient storage of metadata. The metadata mentioned can now be easily imported into the target systems, eliminating manual entry tasks.
The high level of configurability of Ephesoft proves to be particularly advantageous because the software allows a high degree of flexibility in adapting to specific requirements. The seamless connection to the scan & capture point of Mach AG’s ERP system is an important key factor for Engagement Global in the successful implementation of Ephesoft. FELLOWPRO AG fully supports all phases of implementation and thus ensures a smooth and successful project progress.
Thanks to the careful and professional cooperation, the introduction project was successfully completed in May 2023.
