For months Mr. Hero has been troubled by a recurring dream. The differing CRM data and IT-systems turn into wild dragons which don´t get along with each other, and because they aren’t able to communicate and align, each one just acts on their own.
Most of the time, Mr. Hero wakes up in a cold sweat at this point, realising the connection to his reality. His diverse IT-systems and related datasets are in fact not compatible and this problem is giving him terrible headaches.
Recently, Mr. Hero had a look at some offerings from IT-service providers to try and solve his problem. Since then, his painful nightmares continue. Alleged dragon-tamers demand huge amounts of money for taming his systems or replacing them with their own dragons. His situation is getting more and more precarious.
